AEvery Tuesday night, all year round, we explore the Dharma and practise together. Drop in when you can or make it a regular part of your Dharma life. Open to order members, mitras and people who have completed all three of the level 2 buddhism courses. We get together to study a particular aspect of the Buddha’s teaching, to practice meditation, or to take part in puja.
An online course for those who have completed our level-one Buddhism and Meditation course.
Join us for a deeper exploration of meditation through the teachings of the Satipatthana Sutta - the Buddha's teaching on mindfulness and the path to liberation. This is a practical exploration of these teachings in meditation practice.
Eight-week class starting Wednesday, 8th of July, at 7 - 8:30pm.
