Every Tuesday night, all year round, we explore the Dharma and practise together. Drop in when you can or make it a regular part of your Dharma life. Open to order members, mitras and people who have completed all three of the level 2 buddhism courses. We get together to study a particular aspect of the Buddha’s teaching, to practice meditation, or to take part in puja.

Parnirvana day celebrates the day when the buddha acheived parnirvana ( complete nirvana) upon the death of his physical body.
The day begins with a short meditation followed by a talk from Param and 7 fold Puja. During the puja there will be an opportunity to honour loved one who have died in the last year or so by sharing a photo. Thier names can also be read out during the ritual.
