Tuesday Dharma Night Online 7 - 8.30pm

AEvery Tuesday night, all year round, we explore the Dharma and practise together. Drop in when you can or make it a regular part of your Dharma life. Open to order members, mitras and people who have completed all three of the level 2 buddhism courses. We get together to study a particular aspect of the Buddha’s teaching, to practice meditation, or to take part in puja. 

Repeats every week every Tuesday. 7.00pm to 8.30pm

How do I meditate?  What is Buddhist meditation? 

Each week we help you to start your meditation practice, with introducing you to the foundations of meditation. Alternating weeks we will be teaching the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving-kindness) practices.

As well there is a brief introduction to good posture, how to be upright and comfortable, during meditation. Use this time to learn more about Buddhist meditation, and spiritual practice. Take time out to focus...
