Each week we help you to start your meditation practice, with introducing you to the foundations of meditation. In this session we introduce you to the loving-kindness meditation (metta bhavana).

The GBC's own festival kula brings you a morning of ritual and practice to mark the Buddha's first teaching and thus setting the wheel of the Dharma in motion. The mornings programme will be exploring the 4 noble truths. The truth of suffering, the truth of the cause of suffering, the truth of the end of suffering and the truth of a path to lead from suffering to the end of suffering.

Online level-one Introduction to Buddhism course

An online six-week course introducing several foundational teachings of Buddhism - the three-fold path and the three jewels.

Learn how to apply the practices and teachings of the Buddha from 2500 years ago, and how these are relevant today in order to work with your mind, heart and to show up more fully in your life. 

Starts on July 6th at 7:30 - 9pm.  Please plan to arrive 10 mins before the start time in order to ensure we are ready to start at 7:30pm.
