Buddhist Meditation for Beginners

A supportive four-week online course in Buddhist Meditation practices via Glasgow Buddhist Centre's YouTube channel. 

Starting on Saturday, 28th November to 19th of December from 10:00am to 11:30, our online meditation team will get your personal meditation practice off to a great start. We will be sharing the two main Buddhist meditation practices - the mindfulness of breathing and the development of loving kindness. You will be supported by peers and coached by the team in establishing your own practice.
