How do I meditate? What is Buddhist meditation?
Each week we help you to start your meditation practice, with introducing you to the foundations of meditation. Alternating weeks we will be teaching the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving-kindness) practices.
As well there is a brief introduction to good posture, how to be upright and comfortable, during meditation. Use this time to learn more about Buddhist meditation, and spiritual practice. Take time out to focus and relax more deeply and reduce stress.
