Every Tuesday night, all year round, we explore the Dharma and practise together. Drop in when you can or make it a regular part of your Dharma life. Open to order members, mitras and people who have completed all three of the level 2 buddhism courses. We get together to study a particular aspect of the Buddha’s teaching, to practice meditation, or to take part in puja.
We have taken Dharma night online for the foreseeable future. Every week online from 19.00 to 20.30 (virtual room is open from 18.45) If you meet the above criteria, email Kuladharini@glasgowbuddhistcentre.com for the zoom link details.
In 2021 we will be focussing on the fifth paramita (perfection), that of Samadhi (meditation/ concentration). If you want to know more about these paramitas and what they mean in Buddhist practice, go to http://www.youtube.com/c/GlasgowBuddhistCentre. There is a series of short films that introduces you to all six paramitas of the Bodhisattvas. Amitabha, whose quality is of infinite love and whose wisdom is in seeing the particular beauty in everyone and everything is invited to be our guardian Buddha and guide this year.
