Suitable for both experienced meditators and beginners, although minimal instruction is given.
Pauline is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been practising yoga for over 12 years.
Her classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as regulars and will help you develop greater strength, improved posture and balance.

This class are meant as an introduction to yoga and would be suitable for beginners and people with a limited experience of yoga. The course will introduce a short sequence of poses, which once learned can be practised with an emphasis on flowing movement and awareness of breathing.
Jinavamsa doesn't make a fixed charge for his class; he prefers to welcome donations, as appropriate to each individual. Please feel free to attend, and give whatever amount works for you.
This weekly meditation drop-in is suitable for complete beginners, and also those with some experience of the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (development of loving kindness) meditations.
The newcomers class covers the following areas: posture, body awareness, the foundations of mindfulness practice and developing kindness for oneself and others.
