All our courses have a healing and self-development aspect to them but the courses below are intended to help with specific difficulties.
One of our Order Members, Bodhiccha, is a healer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.  If you might be interested in trying this traditional Western form of healing. Please ring the Centre for more information Tel: (0141 333 0524). Suggested donation £5 for use of the Centre's room.

An eight week course starting Thursday 31st August running from 16.00 to 17.15 pm. Learn a series of 37 steps in the Yang style of Tai Chi to help mind-body co-ordination.  The moves are easy to learn and can be done by people of all ages and abilities.. An eight week course starting  1st September running from 16.00 to 17.00 pm. Learn a series of 18 gentle movements to help mind-body co-ordination. This sequence is known as Taijiqigong as it has the soft flowing quality of Taijiquan and the health benefits of Qigong.
