Joy qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classes and 1:1 sessions focussed on body and breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to consolidate their practice.
Eight-week course from Tuesday 5 September (no class 26 September) 17.30 - 18.45.
