Joy qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classes and 1:1 sessions focussed on body and breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to consolidate their practice
This is an 8 week block and is available to book online or over the phone.
25 April to 27 June (no class on 30 May or 20 June), 17.30-18.45
There is also a drop-in option at £9/£7 per session, payable on the night.
