Tai Chi with Susanne Lin Jenson

An eight week course starting Thursday 31st August running from 16.00 to 17.15 pm. Learn a series of 37 steps in the Yang style of Tai Chi to help mind-body co-ordination.  The moves are easy to learn and can be done by people of all ages and abilities.. The class is taken by Susanne Lin Jensen, a teacher of Dragon Spring Taiji School.

Repeats every week every Thursday 7 times.
