Pete has been practising Tai Chi since 1994 and teaching since 2009. He initially studied Yang style long form under Alistair Sutherland and then latterly studied the short form under Tom Williams. He is a registered instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
The class caters for beginners & regulars and includes instruction in the Yang short form, Qigong (energy cultivation) and a short meditation. The focus of the class is health and well-being.
Beginners and Regulars
This is a 9 week course, beginning Fri 12 Jan 2018 (no class on 16 Feb, 9 Mar) with last class on 23 Mar. Classes run from 17:45 - 18:45
