Pauline is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been practising yoga for over 12 years.
Her classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as regulars and will help you develop greater strength, improved posture and balance.
This is a 4 week block, which is also available on a pay per class basis. It runs from 5.45-6.45 pm. See our Drop-in page.
