How do we do that?
After a series of exercises in pairs and a small amount of theory we come to sit in a circle together. We then listen and speak, sharing as much or as little as we like. It may emerge that we have the desire to be seen, to be deeply met, or simply we find ourselves willing to turn towards what's going on deep down right now.
We find and negotiate the edges between what we guard, what silences us, and what we long to share. We begin to find the means to integrate these many aspects of our being, which can feel so contradictory.
The aim of this practise is to loosen our habitual patterns of relating both to our self and each other. It is an opportunity to experience a way of drawing on the support of the Sangha to allow more freedom and meaning in our life.
