Drop-In Yoga Class with Jinavamsa

This class are meant as an introduction to yoga and would be suitable for beginners and people with a limited experience of yoga. The course will introduce a short sequence of poses, which once learned can be practised with an emphasis on flowing movement and awareness of breathing.

Jinavamsa doesn't make a fixed charge for his class; he prefers to welcome donations, as appropriate to each individual. Please feel free to attend, and give whatever amount works for you.
