With Bhadra and Viryadevi
This practice combines the skills learnt through meditation with the practice of communication. Its aims are to support you to bring awareness to habitual patterns in order to deepen relationship with yourself, other and what is described as the transpersonal.
We will be using meditation, group work and also sharing teachings on how to develop sensitivity to the direct, intuitive knowing throught the body whilst opening to each other. Developing trust in this area is a great resource for fruitful relationships and a maturing practice.
You will need to have practiced meditation for at least 6 months to be able to fully benefit from the teaching.
10am - 5pm both days. Please bring vegetarian lunch to share.
There is no set charge for this event. Please make a donation for the running of the centre and for Bhadra's travel expenses.
