Yoga with Joy Charnley *New 5 week block starts 16th October

Joy qualified with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and since then has been teaching a range of classess and 1:1 sessions, focussing on body and breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to consolidate thier practice. 

You can book for 5 week block (£40/30) or pay each week as a drop in. Two further drop-in dates on 11th & 18th December before winter break.
